Last week, I was lucky enough to be invited to an evening of tasting various Plantation rums, hosted by the generous Mitch Wilson.
Here is a little clip I put together of Mitch making, Plantation Rum’s infamous Mai Tai. Oh, he also sets fire to a pineapple at the end, just for shits and giggles.
For those who want to make at home –
45ml Plantation Barbados 5yr
15ml Pierre Ferrand Curaçao
30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake, garnish with happiness, enjoy!
